For Trade Customer Inquiries

Become a DGI trade customer by registering [here](link to registration page). If your business meets our criteria, your account will be approved for online ordering.

Logging In:

  • Username: Your registered email address
  • Password: The password you created during registration (case-sensitive).
  • Forgot Password? Click the 'Forgotten Password' link and we'll send you a reset email.
  • Security: After 3 failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 15 minutes. Please try again later.

We have minimum order quantities to ensure efficient deliveries. Please see our [Delivery Information] for details.

Trade Prices: Register for an account to view our competitive trade prices (excluding VAT) for carton and pallet quantities. We also offer periodic promotions across categories.

Delivery Information:

We accept major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. Bank transfers and cheques are also accepted, but please note processing times (bank transfers: 3 working days, cheques: up to 2 weeks).

Credit Accounts: New customers must place a minimum of 3 pro forma orders before credit account consideration. Contact your sales representative or email us at admin@dgigroup.uk for inquiries.

DGI Group does not currently offer a dropshipping service.

  • Pallet Deliveries: We typically use a pallet network to deliver your orders. This means your goods could arrive on various vehicles, ranging from vans to large articulated trailers.
  • Tail Lift Requirements: Let us know if your delivery location requires a tail lift for offloading.
  • Special Delivery Needs: If you have any specific delivery instructions or access limitations, please inform us immediately to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Returns & Redeliveries: Please note that charges may apply for returns and redeliveries.

Premium delivery: £45.00.

AM delivery up to 12.30pm: £12.00

Timed delivery between 10am and 4pm: £30.00 (contact us if you wish to arrange this option)
